Peggy Flanagan, a candidate for the Senate, is embroiled in a dispute regarding claims that she inflated her academic credentials. Reports surfaced alleging that Flanagan misrepresented her status in the Phi Beta Kappa honors society. While her campaign vehemently denies these allegations, stating that a recent WSJ report is false, Phi Beta Kappa confirmed that Flanagan has been a member since 2002. The situation has raised questions about the integrity of her academic claims, with some accusing her of making false statements about her honors.
