As early voting kicks off in Tennessee, numerous reports have surfaced regarding touchscreen voting machines allegedly malfunctioning and switching voter selections, raising alarms among constituents. Dolly Parton’s sister, Stella, has publicly claimed that a voting machine flipped her ballot from Democrat to Republican, prompting her to urge voters to verify their selections. These allegations coincided with a surge in early voting, with voters across Middle Tennessee, South Carolina, and beyond reporting similar issues. While election officials have addressed these concerns, stating that such errors do not indicate deliberate election rigging, they have encouraged voters to be vigilant and double-check their ballots. Amid this backdrop of uncertainty and alleged voting irregularities, Stella Parton has also criticized political figures, expressing her frustration with the current political climate and hinting at receiving death threats following her outspoken remarks.
