Three Inmates Who Escaped Georgia Jail Captured in Florida After Kidnapping Lyft Driver
A manhunt for three escaped inmates from DeKalb County Jail in Georgia has ended with their capture in Florida. The inmates were reported to have kidnapped a Lyft driver, threatening her life as they forced her to drive for approximately 10 hours to Miami. Authorities revealed that the inmates used a rope to restrain the driver and coerced her into complying with their demands during their getaway. The FBI was involved in the investigation, and it was confirmed that one of the escapees was a convicted murderer. Following a brief chase, the fugitives were apprehended, and the kidnapped driver was safely rescued.
