An off-duty ICE agent was shot in Fresno following a series of incidents involving assaults on a 72-year-old man and his daughter. Reports indicate that the agent was involved in altercations that led to the shooting by a man defending his family. The officer was later arrested on suspicion of assault, and police have not filed charges against the shooter. Tensions have escalated between local law enforcement and ICE, with authorities refusing to release the agent from custody. Earlier, the same agent was reportedly found intoxicated on a lawn in Fresno.
