Authorities in Sacramento County are appealing to the public for help in identifying a man who was found dead in the American River. The individual, who appears to have drowned while hiking, was discovered submerged near Arden Arcade. Despite efforts to ascertain his identity, the Sacramento County coroner has so far been unable to do so and is urging anyone with information to come forward.
