A man wearing a creepy Chucky-style mask, identified as Zymire Hughes, has been arrested in Las Vegas after allegedly terrorizing residents in Philadelphia. Over a two-week manhunt, Hughes was accused of chasing and harassing individuals near City Hall, prompting numerous calls to authorities. The Philadelphia District Attorney, Larry Krasner, has urged victims to come forward with their experiences. Hughes’s apprehension was made possible with the help of U.S. Marshals, who tracked him down nearly 2,000 miles away. Authorities are now facing the challenge of extraditing him back to Philadelphia, a process that could take several weeks.
