A severe accident occurred at the Delaware Memorial Bridge when a tractor-trailer cab veered off the bridge, crashing through a concrete barrier and plunging into the river below. The driver is presumed dead, and search and recovery efforts are currently underway. Rescue teams have located the truck submerged in approximately 20 feet of water, but the search for the missing driver has been challenging due to difficult conditions.
