A SEPTA commuter train caught fire near Crum Lynne Station in Ridley Park, Delaware County, prompting the evacuation of approximately 350 passengers. Fire engulfed the railcar while the train was in transit, leading to a temporary shutdown of the SEPTA Newark/Wilmington line. Fortunately, all passengers were safely evacuated with no injuries reported. Service on the affected line has since resumed following the incident.
