In response to the shifting health policies of the Trump administration, New York and several other Northeastern states have formed a regional coalition dedicated to issuing vaccine recommendations and coordinating public health efforts. This initiative includes Pennsylvania, which has joined after ongoing turmoil within the CDC, along with Rhode Island and Massachusetts as part of the Northeast Public Health Collaborative. Connecticut has also signed on to participate in this collaborative effort focused on vaccine guidance and public health initiatives.
