The Steelers will be without safety Chuck Clark, who was surprisingly ruled out for the game. Similarly, the Browns will miss defensive tackle Mike Hall Jr. for the sixth consecutive game. However, star defensive end Myles Garrett has been cleared to play and returns to action after being limited in practice earlier in the week. The Browns will also have new starters at left tackle and cornerback in their efforts to outperform the Steelers.
