A 12-year-old boy was shot in Hartford after allegedly throwing a snowball at a car. The incident occurred on Capitol Avenue, where police reported that a driver, angered by the snowball hitting his vehicle, chased the child and subsequently fired shots. Fortunately, the boy sustained non-life-threatening injuries and is reported to be in stable condition. Authorities continue to search for the individual responsible for the shooting.
