The wrongful death suit claims that the drink, believed to be hot cocoa, was laced with 10 abortion pills, resulting in the death of her preborn child. Despite these serious allegations, local police are reportedly not taking action against the Marine. Additionally, the woman is also suing the father of her child and the abortion pill business for their roles in the incident.
