The jury found him guilty after evidence revealed he searched for crime tips online and admitted to disposing of her body, which has never been recovered. The prosecution presented DNA evidence linking the couple to a dumpster and featured a blood-stained hacksaw and hammer allegedly used in the crime. Following the verdict, Attorney Elyse Hershon commented that Walshe will not see the light of day again.
