The White House has intensified its restrictions on press access, recently blocking both Politico and CNN from traveling on Air Force One during key trips by President Trump. This comes amid ongoing legal disputes regarding press freedoms, with the administration facing criticism for its actions against media outlets. Reports indicate that Politico has been barred from the press pool, while CNN has found itself removed from multiple travel pool assignments, even after a court ruling in its favor. These decisions raise significant concerns over transparency and journalistic access, as many see them as direct attacks on free speech.
