A former Border Patrol agent has admitted to forcing migrant women to expose their breasts in exchange for entry into the United States. The agent, who operated in Jefferson County, was found to have conducted virtual searches where he demanded women lift their shirts and bras. Authorities discovered that he even searched how to phrase requests in Spanish to facilitate the demands. The agent has now pleaded guilty to civil rights violations, acknowledging the inappropriate actions taken while performing his duties.
