Federal authorities have arrested several individuals in connection with an alleged ISIS-inspired terror plot aimed at Halloween celebrations across multiple states. Among the suspects is a Rowan University student, as well as teenagers from Montclair, New Jersey, and other areas. The FBI has reported that these suspects scouted locations like Cedar Point amusement park and had discussions about carrying out attacks, including targeting LGBTQ+ bars in the Detroit area.
