Ukrainian President Zelenskyy has expressed frustration over the lack of advance warnings from international partners as Russia has launched significant missile strikes on Kyiv and other regions, leaving hundreds of thousands without power. Reports indicate that recent strikes have targeted critical infrastructure, including power plants and civilian areas, resulting in casualties and widespread destruction. Zelenskyy criticized the United States for not providing vital intelligence that could have mitigated the impact of these attacks, leading to accusations that the U.S. may be inadvertently aiding Russia by withholding crucial information. In the latest wave of strikes, several people have been killed, and parts of the city are experiencing blackouts as the conflict continues to escalate.
