The U.S. Coast Guard has successfully offloaded more than $275 million worth of cocaine in San Diego, following significant operations in the Eastern Pacific Ocean and the Caribbean. In recent patrols, the Coast Guard cutter Campbell seized 91 million dollars in illicit narcotics. In total, over 37,000 pounds of cocaine were confiscated, highlighting the ongoing efforts of the Coast Guard to combat drug trafficking at sea.
