An off-duty ICE agent, who allegedly assaulted a 72-year-old homeowner and his daughter in Fresno, has been charged with multiple felonies after being shot by the homeowner. The incident, which occurred early in the morning, escalated from an assault to a shooting when the homeowner defended his family. The ICE agent was found sleeping on the lawn prior to the altercation. He pleaded not guilty to the charges, including felony assault and elder abuse, and was reported to have been intoxicated during the incident.
