The New England Patriots have placed wide receiver Romeo Doubs on injured reserve due to a shoulder injury he sustained during a game against the Jets. Doubs had an impressive 42-yard touchdown catch before the injury, marking the longest touchdown of his career. As the Patriots deal with a series of injuries to key players, they signed DB Elliott Davison to the active roster from the practice squad and made additional adjustments to the roster. The loss of Doubs comes at a challenging time for the team as they prepare for upcoming games.
