A student from Southmoore High School has also been arrested as a co-conspirator in the alleged plot, further intensifying scrutiny over security measures. The Department of Justice confirmed that the suspect, who entered the U.S. on a Special Immigrant Visa, was inspired by ISIS to carry out the attack in an attempt to incite violence during a critical democratic process.
